The Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme enables young people to develop a range of skills that contribute to their own personal development while contributing to their local community.

Part of the Award involves young people planning, organising and completing an expedition. The New Forest National Park is a popular destination for young people to complete expeditions and as part of the award they are required to undergo an assessed expedition.

As a qualified Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver Expedition Assessor, Elle Mount-Kingett is available to assess groups in the New Forest. Qualified to assess expeditions on foot, bicycle and horseback, one-off assessments are available or if you would like regular assessments to be completed these can also be arranged.
